SideGiggss is a per-diem healthcare staffing platform. A facility posts an open shift with the unit, hours, pay rate and required credentials. SideGiggss ranks every eligible clinician, sends offers, and once one is confirmed handles hours approval, payroll export and invoicing. ShiftAI, our scheduling product, plans the week before shortages happen and posts anything uncovered to the network.

What is SideGiggss?
SideGiggss is a per-diem healthcare staffing platform. Facilities post open shifts; SideGiggss ranks credentialed clinicians, sends offers, and handles confirmation, hours approval, payroll export and invoicing. It launches first in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
Who is SideGiggss for?
Hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing and other care facilities that need to fill shifts, and licensed clinicians such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs and allied health professionals who want flexible per-diem work. Facilities can use it for their own float pool, the open network, or both.
How does pricing work?
Facilities set the hourly rate the clinician earns. A platform fee is added on the facility invoice. There is no charge until you approve hours.
How are clinicians matched to a shift?
Every eligible clinician is scored on role and required credentials, availability and blocked days, existing commitments, distance from the facility and rating. Your own staff rank first, then network clinicians inside your radius. Offers go to the top matches; a decline moves the offer to the next clinician automatically.
How are clinicians vetted?
Licenses and certifications are uploaded and reviewed before a clinician is marked verified. Facilities see credential status on every match and can require specific credentials per shift.
What is ShiftAI?
ShiftAI is our scheduling product for facilities. Describe next week in plain English and get an optimizer-verified schedule with hour caps and coverage minimums enforced. Uncovered slots post to SideGiggss automatically.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, and no app store is needed. Clinicians open sidegiggs.app/download on their phone and add SideGiggss to the home screen; it runs full-screen on iPhone and Android with offers, shifts, hours and payouts. Managers use the web dashboard.
Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted Postgres database hosted in the US. Phone numbers and license numbers are encrypted at the field level, every action is audit-logged, and payment details are held by Stripe, never by SideGiggss.
